If you join our early access list, we store just your email address and the date you submitted it. Nothing else. We do not collect names, phone numbers, company details, payment information or location data at this stage.
Your email is used only to notify you when premium features of Transport Insider UK launch, and for occasional updates about that launch. We do not sell, rent or share your email with third parties, and we do not send third-party marketing.
Waitlist emails are stored securely in our hosted database and are only accessible to the Transport Insider UK team. We keep them until launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to remove you.
You can ask us to delete your email from the list at any time by emailing privacy@transportinsider.co.uk with the subject line "Remove me". We will delete your record and confirm within 30 days. Every email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
